Jenni Bryan - Village Coordinator

Jenni has a passion for building relationships and creating programs, services, and solutions to improve the lives of others. She served as Board President for The Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City. There, she created numerous programs that provide support and awareness for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Jenni has also been a successful real estate agent in the area for the past 14 years. In 2018 Jenni joined the Village's sponsoring institution, GoodLife Innovations in program development.  

 

Megan Todd - Director of Strategic Development

Megan offers event planning and public speaking experience directly related to institutional development and recruitment. She has been an effective team lead who supervised and motivated dozens of college and student workers to successfully and consistently exceed goals and milestones. Megan also spent several years teaching rhetoric and writing, giving her a strong understanding of marketing and professional communication.

 

 

Tim James - Project Shepherd

Tim James rose through technology ranks to lead companies in healthcare, scientific research, software, publishing and distribution, spanning both for profit and non-profit arenas. After the successful turnaround, marketing and sale of the last company he led, Tim started TCJ Consulting in 2016, focusing his efforts and leveraging his experience to help companies improve organizational health, and focus their strategy and leadership development to accelerate success.

 

Who are our Navigators?
